CNA Course Requirements
Required for CNA course:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have a valid State Identification card
- Must have a Social Security Card
- Physical Examination by a physician or nurse practitioner within 90 days prior to clinical rotation.
- PPD (TB) test within 90 days prior to our clinical rotation.
- Must pass a Live Scan Fingerprinting background check (no cost to student)
- The Live Scan Fingerprinting will be done on our mandatory orientation day at 6020 Commerce Blvd. #126, in Rohnert Park, CA 94928
